136.9 holy crap where are you paying that?

The most expensive I've seen yet was today at 129.4 for regular. 91 goes for over 130 here though.

I do a lot of driving as well. I commute over 200km/day to go to school, and I commute about 75km to go to work. My car usually costs me about $60 to fill up....3 or 4 times a week.

2.oo a liter sounds like a lot to us, but so does 8 or 9 dollars per unit in the UK but they're used to paying more, and gas is traded and sold in US dollars, so as the dollar gets weaker it'll go up 10 cents here and it will equal out to less in other countries. it affects us more because we've been so used to gas being cheap that we've set up home farther and farther away from our jobs, now its biting us in the ass, affecting us a lot more.

Have you seen the market on oil companies? That line bounces more than a newb that just got a bagged truck.

People have the right idea when it comes to a strike, but what people dont realise is we need to strike companies that buy forigen oil and buy from companies that produce domesticly.

These companies import Middle Eastern oil:

Shell........................... 205,7 42,000 barrels

Chevron/Texaco......... 144,332,000 barrels

Exxon/Mobil...... ......... 130,082,000 barrels

Marathon/Speedway... 117,740,000 barrels

Amoco............................62,231,000 barrels

Citgo gas is from South America, from a Dictator who hates
Americans. If you do the math at $30/barrel, these imports amount to
over $18 BILLION! (oil is now $90 - $100 a barrel).

Here are so me large companies that do not import Middle Eastern oil:

Sunoco..................0 barrels

Conoco..................0 barrels

Sinclair..................0 barrels

BP/Phillips.............0 barrels

Hess.................... ..0 barrels

ARC0.....................0 barrels

All of this information is available from the Department of Energy
and each is required to state where they get their oil and how much
they are importing.
