Start understanding things and really listen to whats REALLY going on.

As well, if you became active enough to contact and bug the crap out of your state legislature to get active in ideas on energy you might find that something will get done. For crying out loud even get people on a petition with info about them so they can be contacted.

For example, MONTANA, they have over 400 BILLION TONS of COAL that can supply America for 200+ YEARS!

If you also keep up on technology you will see that they have been trying hard to get the CONGRESS to pass LAWS to let them use the coal to make SYNTHETIC OIL.

Because of Congress, they are limited and they can't build ANY plants than they have already to really make a DIFFERENCE. Think about it!

The supply of COAL alone in America is enough to SUPPORT America for 200+ YEARS for GASOLINE and HEATING!

Producing this though creates C02, and thats why Congress has'nt allowed anything yet cause the paperwork is sloooow. Thats why YOU should get off your butt and do something!

Although, through gasification, they can seperate the C02 and use the carbon from that as well. Which is basically a filtering process.

AS WELL, there is TONS of OIL in ALASKA, but then again, you need to be ACTIVE and get LAWS PASSED to overcome the ENVIRONMENTALISTS.

If you REALLY gave a HOOT, you could INVEST IN SHARES to the companies now that are PRODUCING ETHANOL.

NO, I'm not talking about farmers with their CORN. On April 24th, they tested their new technology which allows them to produce ethanol from GARBAGE! GARBAGE!

Talk about a win-win situation...

Unfortunately no relief is going to come soon enough. They are saying 2010 is the earliest and be ready for even worse gas prices until then! Even then you probably won't be happy. Times are getting tough, better brace for it...

the gas is crazy.. but i'm glad i bought my b2000 and uising is as a daily... if you guys think it could be worse, i feel for the bif 4dr long bed dually deisels, or just v8's in general.... but its not that bad compared to driving the bimmer with an I6 with a custom calibrated chip for my current setup (Mark D, from Canada) for 93 octane only (i was using 87 in my truck and was about to switch to 93, untill i seen the gas prices jump up, going to compromise and use 89) what do you guys run in yours? i got a 2.2 webber conversion..

i found my solution to deal with gas price issues.......... i bought a Datsun. it costs me $25 to fill the tank and i get about 40mpg. i just hope i can get this thing fully road trip worthy before the show season so i dont have to use my dads v10 pig to tow this thing.
