man i remember in the late 80's it used to be bad to the bone to walk around the mall carrying your "pullout", that way everyone knew you were the shit. man times have changed. you want old school, i had a 85 crx with two punch 18's a power 650, and a power 300 and what i believe to be the first cd player made,correct me if im wrong it was apioneer deh 55. i bought it from montgomery wards for like 599.00 back then the stuff i had was way over the top, i loved that cd player.

you are absolutely correct 7618, probably the best sounding radio ever made, i forget what the pre out power was but at the time it was way higher than any thing else if im not mistaken

to me old school means Pyramid subs and radio-shack horn tweeters. Maybe some passive crossovers...
