Your fenders don't mount to the frame. You have to move the core support down as much as the z so they line up like normal

you can rebuild the middle section of the crossmember with some 2x3 to raise it up an inch, since you've dragged everything else down to that level already...you just have to fab in some spacers for the r/p mounts on the new x-member, but you will lay flat without having to do a Z...your oil pan will be pretty close to the ground after that, so I'd do some kind of cover for it, or section it a bit to give a little more security going down the road
