I ordered a set in march, waited till two months ago until i couldn't take it anymore. Missed EVERY show this summer, and basically just sat and looked at my truck.

Still waiting on a refund, as I have been for 2 months.....

It does really suck being $480 out, with nothign to show

i totally feel you man i've been waiting since may also... and nothing yet... he's told me the last 3 times i spoke with him that my set was next .... to be shipped and still nothing

the Tacoma arms have been put off a few times like the Dakotas. just didnt have alot of orders and made everything according to the dates and numbers of orders. after we get thru the first round of this new system, the wait will be significantly less.

im not sure what the peeps will say when we catch up. probably find some other poor soul to torture. bitches dont realize the more they bitch the longer it takes. because someone who may order, hears this blown up on here and decides to wait or order from someone else. then thats less money for me to buy materials, parts and shipping.

I hope everyone understands I do not like being behind and im doing everything I can to resolve this. except for today i worked 14 hours a day all week. ill be working late tomorrow and all day into the late night saturday.

and Ben, I also redesigned the Isuzu uppers long with the new style lowers. much better fit and finish. look for them to make the trip over the big ocean in the next week.

Howard, these have been on hold for a while due to many other orders for more popular parts. the new thing is to make a bunch of one thing then move to the next. its allowing us to catch up twice as fast as we were. also these needed the tapered hole drilled. which I couldnt do up until late this week. I also couldnt find the taper drillbit when i looked for it last week. found it on tuesday and im now making a holder for my 1/2" gear reduction drill. I use this to drill these parts and to make the lowers for the 73-97 GM trucks. not having a side handle due to breaking it off drilling, is what broke my hand. so im making a cradle that holds the drill. man I sure will love the day I get a lathe.

first off there is no doubt your shit is good, but...
you probably have some of the WORST business practices i have EVER seen! in my book you are right up there with SHaim. i talked 3 people out of buying your arms, when asked why i gave them the link to s10forum, and that was all it took. and from the sounds of this shit you are pulling is starting to catch up to you...
all i can say is good luck in getting everything straightened out, because it is a shame that such a good product is backed by such poor customer service...

good point.. i bet ART has just a few "people" putting together their arms.....bet thats why it only takes them a month...or more....i sure wish i could bitch about trucks being built not bought and be bitching about my custom arms not being in yet..because someone else is building them too slow for me....ironic, dont ya think. Fuck it mike, if they dont want your product give them chassis tech for the same price. what does it matter.... aww hell its too early
