no lowdime its people like you perpetuating this thats making people choose other parts.

Ive said it over and over, the problems have been solved long ago. the only issue is the wait time currently. and thats getting less and less each week. so keep telling your freinds whatever you want. that just makes the line shorter to get the parts. every set of part that goes out on time or close to it i a happy customer and if theres more happy than not, eventually we will be back on track.

you be sure and come back and post when we get caught up and people are being nice again. then what will you post whores find to say something about?

you seem to be just like the rest who know nothing. ive been trying to get back to as many people as possible. but you just dont understand the phone rings all day and the emails fill my box every day too. its hard to keep up with it all. ive gotten business programs for the computer to better keep up with orders and been implementing a system to keep up with the phone calls. its still tough to get back with everyone every day.

to the haters, post whores and people who think they have a F ing clue

I know pretty much nothing about this, but have two comments:

1. I'm glad Mike was on here to give me advice on flipping my tie rods, it saved me from second guessing myself and fixed a big issue on my truck.

2. But if you're so far behind, why are you even bothering posting on here? Not being a dick, just get yourself COMPLETELY caught up, then get on here and defend yourself after that. I understand why you'd want to get your 2 cents in, but really, until everybody's orders are out, you'll probably never win at this and I'd have to guess it's not helping production to spend time dealing with this shit.

no its not just a wait anymore, you have an unhappy customer who has asked for his money back several times in this thread.

and it doesnt seem it is solved yet, if there is still people waiting 6,7,8 months that they were told would be a few weeks. your dishonesty toward the arival date if peoples purchaces is what made this come to light in the first place. people were tired of and spoke out.

like i said before, good luck in getting everything straightened out, because it is a shame that such a good product is backed by such poor customer service...

and im not hating, just calling it as i see it.

yeah mike...you should just work on them for like i dunno...non stop until there done..fuck sleeping...that shit is over rated..hell, fire everybody else with your super management skills..you know the super skills you got building control arms one handed, then they will be out of your way

first, theres not people waiting that many months that were told it would be a few weeks. thats innacurrate. secondly nothing here is dishonest, I have had every intention of getting the parts out when expected. but several problems came up at once. it happens

im pretty much done with this whole post/topic. its been explained, im working on it. you dont see it because none of you is here watching me make parts all day.

all you hear is second and third and fourth hand info. so im done.

anyone who needs parts please email me about it. ill post email addresses of satisfied customers on my website as they agree to let me put them up there. this may help. other than that. as I said Im done with this topic. theres been nothing new on this.

I sit here and read this and laugh its sounds just like a couple years ago when there was fourm after fourm about how crappy FBI was there service sucked there parts sucked but everybody and there brother still bought and still buys parts from these companys its just how somethings have to be done sometimes in life u just have to be the a hole. I have not herd him say once that all these ppl complaing have to buy his parts but they keep comeing and waiting. tell me that he is doing something right. I know when I talked to him at the heat wave he was the only small company man out there that was willing to bull the shit with as many ppl that asked stupid ?'s me included.

That's BS. I personally know someone who has been waiting since about early July for arms which you told him were already made and sitting on the shelf when he first ordered them....
