So obviously now your calling me a liar! And I say no use cause thats not the first time I left a message, but as far as everything else i have lied or embelished the truth one bit, if your gonna tell me it hasnt been as long as it has tell that to my customer too. Call us both liars.
be real here bro, like I said if they havent shipped just say so, dont keep my boy on the edge of his seat thinkin they'll be here an you just keep sayin "I'll try finding that tracker"
but I need to know whats up.

look man, im not calling you a liar. if I was id say "hey man, your a liar" and Im pretty sure I didnt do that.

I shipped these DHL, they are cheaper on some stuff, so I dont know how to find parts that havent made it to their desitination. if I dont find out what happened to them by tomorrow, ill get another set in a box and send them. its simple as that, ill handle it.

im working on these issues right now. Im shipping more parts than orders coming in. this is how we catch up. I know you cant see it but its working out the way we build all of one thing at a time. we are less behind on everything right now, even S-10 stuff.
the problem is that if you call or email and dont get a reply, email or call again. I get more than 100 emails a day and at least that many calls. no way I can remember to call everyone back. if I stayed in the office and did nothing but answer the phone, id never miss anyones calls, but id never get any parts out either. so there has to be a balance.

if he doesnt get em tomorrow you'll box up another set an ship em ? an what will you do for those "lost" arms ? And I hope that extra set is shortend to the specs must customer asked for. But now all Im asking is to clarify now that your telling me you cant get trackers from DHL why would you tell me tell me or email it to me all these times

did I say I couldnt get a tracking number?I think I said I dont know how. its a new system to me.
secondly, almost every set of Dakota arms has been ordered shorter, so your in luck. one set was stock length, just one.

what about the lost arms? well its not been detarmined that they are lost yet. but ill find out where they went or get the insurance I take out on each set and go from there. either way the customer gets his parts. and I apologize for making him and you wait so long. I should not have put the Dakota last on the list of parts to make. I should have put them ahead of Nissan or Mazda or something with less orders. I didnt intend at that time to redo the jigs as I went along. but everything lately is an improvement over the past parts.

gesh, when will this end? Everyone be patient, u will get yer stuff. Some sooner than later. Yes, it does suck to have to wait, and I understand this, but the more yall call, post messages, etc, that is more time he can't be making parts for everyone. Be patient and u will get your stuff. I did and the chevy 1-ton arms, Mazda arms, and Isuzu arms were worth the wait. Wish I was closer to ya Mike, i'd spend some time to get ya caught up. Let me know if there is anything I can do on this end LaterzPhil

EXACTLY!!! this is the problem we've been over before in this post! people that dont bitch say its been 3+ months, people that bitch say its been 3+ months, the majority of people arent lying. and im sure you dont say "yea i'll have those arms out in 3 or so months," people would say, thats alright, i'll get them from someone else. you should take lessons in customer service from people like jimmy from centerstage or mike from gravity-werx for example, heck i've seen situations where mike has has taken an order, realized he fucked up and didnt have it in stock, and next day aired something from the other side of the country at his cost. and he does manufactor a grip of parts too, he doesnt just sell others parts. if you are losing so many packages, and having so much trouble with shipping, just use ups and be done with it!

do you have ome parts? did you order some? if so let me know the details. other than that im done commenting on this. ive said it over and over and explained everything I can.

you cant compare my business to anyone elses. nobody else does what I do. I cant just say "sorry your order is behind, ill next day air you some ART arms"
that just wont work. first the amount of the next day air on control arms is very close to 200 bucks to most places. thats about double what I clear on a set of arms.
secondly, people buy mine because they are thicker, beefier arms or they need to lay 22s. so doing anything similar is out of the question.

ive said it before, im sending out more parts than orders coming in. its that simple, we are catching up, plus we are making all of one thing then moving to the next item. this is also catching us up.

you dont understand that all this bitching by people who dont even have an order r never have ordered is making it worse. you throw out shit thats not true or bring up something that has been changed long ago and it causes someone not to order. that just means less money to make more parts.

does anyone on here send emails and get on forums to blast GM for making the 73-87 trucks with the gas tank outside the frame? it caused many deaths and GM was warned of this before they were ever made. they were made aware of it all the time they were produced and they did nothing for years. so lets rake them over the coals.

yes they changed the design starting with the 88 year model... but who cares

I haven't said anything on this and I am one of the many waiting. My problem mike is that when i speak to you, you say the same shit to me everytime. I know your hand is broke and their have been some other serious issues but I'm tired of hearing that you can or couldn't find you tapper bit and saying that they should ship real soon and then you turn around and feed me the same shit when i speak to you 2 weeks later. And mike what really sux is that the past 2 times I have spoke to you, you don't have my information. It just not too good to have to take down my info everytime we speak. I know I am bitch now like everyone else but this just sucks. What happens if/when paypal contacts you to see if you have shipped the goods and you cannot provide them with the requested info? Do you just give them b.s. info or...

Anywaze Mike. I'm numb about the situation like everyone else. It sucks to miss shows, miss customer deadlines and just sucks to wait this long.
