Welp he recieved nothing today, you never contacted me or him, I tryed calling twice today, no answer, and I've already found leaving a message is pointless, so whats the deal, I need a tracker no more of this i'll get it figured out an all that, me an my customer have been MORE then patient as to waiting for his arms, he's had his project on hold for about 2 months now waiting on you, and the main reason Im mad is cause a while back when you spoke with him you said they were done and the hold up was ME. I dont think so bro. I'll call again tomorrow and the day after and the day after till I get that tracking #. If your just bullshitin cause you havent sent em just stop an fuckin say so, no more giving the run around. So i'll leave it here again right now.

this is pitiful all these people on here downing Mike like this i've been waiting on some arms for about 3 1/2 months now and im now whining i knew what his wait was and i still ordered them and everyone else knew he was backed up hell give him a break everyone has been on his a$$ for 3 months now lay off good luck Mike keep it up.

3 1/2 months an dont care huh???? well my customer was promised at MOST 5 weeks, and Saturday will now make 16!!!And I know damn well you werent told when you ordered "yeah its gonna be about 4 months before you arms come"And I appriciate the help Cris, we'll have to see whats up cause from what I've been told time an time again they already shipped

the problem is the people that were told it was just a few weeks wait

well, first, some of these people and you know who you are... are not telling the truth, or embelishing the truth. you say leaving a message is no use?? wtf? you called how many times and left a message? I return every call either at lunch or the end of the day. I dont, however return hang up calls.

we had some things go wrong in the last few weeks, unavoidable things, hospital stays, broke my hand. things I can do nothing about, so when that happends it blows the time you were "told"out of the water. nobody yet hasnt gotten their parts eventually. everyone gets them at some point.
we are also closer to caught up than we have ever been. the new system is helping but it takes time and patience. if I answered the phone all day I would never get anythig done. it rings non stop all day.

please dont come in here and tell things that arent true. and trevor your just trying to start shit like every other time. I for one dont care what you are glad of. order parts from whomever you like.
man what will it be next? when we catch up on orders what will all of you have to bitch and whine about?
dont get me wrong, I have every intention to get peoples parts out when they are supposed to go out. but sometimes things happen that prevent me from keeping my word.
besides my phone I also have email. please send me email, but I get about 100 a day so I dont always reply every day, Ive been working more than 14 hours a day lately.
