you are correct, i havent ordered anything from you, your customer service is what drove me away form it. a friend of mine did however have the uinfortunate DISpleasure of dealing with you. he ordered a set of uppers and lowers was told it would be 4-6 weeks. that was in february of this year. after many calls, emails, and no luck. he got his money back after waiting until the begining of september.

and if you have every intention, then DO IT!!! i mean more and more people are posting about waiting for your arms tpo arrive, and you seemingly go out fo your way to ignore them...

you say you have shipped it, but continue to fail to provide a tracking number? all i know is if i had ordered from you like i was going to in august, but found out about your practices you would be in court, but thats just me...

simply not true. ive said it and ill say it again, and theres nothing new on this. what you have stated is not true. and I have contacted the guy on those arms and they are on the way to him. dont tell me to answer him in here, I dont have to do a damn thing you say. goind out of my way to ignore them? I answer every email or call back. I just dont do it the same day. im sorry of people are too impatient to wait for a call back. also what you dont see is the people getting their parts when they are supposed to or before. it happens every day. like I said more arms going out than orders coming in, what else can I do???? thats how it works, we build parts and they go out. thats what Im doing, how hard is that to understand? ive said it 500 times in this thread at least. you say do it, and I am!

parts went out to people today just like every day. those people probably wont come on here and say anything, just the ones like you who are post whores with nothing more to do than jump on the bandwagon and beat the dead horse. its easy to jump on a pile.

you havent ordered parts, so what give you the right to tell me to do anything? ill tell ya, nothing other than wanting to stick your nose is where it doesnt belong.

i got my arms in a very timely manner and will order from him again thank you mike for making some quailty parts i can trust on my ride ty for all the help

I have been waiting 3 months, and I ain't bitchin. Everytime I call and leave a message mike calls me back, everytime I email I get an email back. I havent read the whole forum but I dont think I have to, if I did it would just remind me of why i hate society. this reminds me of high school drama, no wait its worse.

F*CK the haters. mine are great and my friends and i have never had a problem. understand that is hard for 1 person to do a hundred things at a time. if you dont like them shut up.

I for one am a VERY SATISFIED customer. Its about time someone came in and said whut great service mike gives. I ordered my arms from him, and he even emailed me with the tracking number a couple days later.

How would u guys feel if 500 people asked u the SAME question OVER AND OVER. You get fed up with it when youve explined urself 501 times.

Im not saying all of mikes 'people skills' are perfect, but hes not a Corporate business owner out there to kiss everyones ass. Hes a father and husband tryin to put food on his table for his family, while giving everyone kick ass prices.

Have any of you tried building Arms? Its hard as fuck, thats why most people dont do it... Thats why you havent gotten your ass in the garage to build them yourself...

Untill you guys work 14 hours(away from wife and kids) trying to make everyone happy and provide for your family, i dont think you have room to talk.

Ya it sux that you guys had to wait so damn long, but if you guys were POLITE instead of playin the name game, youd get a lot farther with your questions.
