Mike I can understand about having problems (in life). I can understand about being backedup beyond belief. The one thing that I cant understand is how you are talking to your customers. I dont know if it is true or not about how you do/dont call or email back, But one customer dissatisfaction and there mouth can really put a bad spin on someones business. I know from experiance. I also know this that if your this backed up and still not making any money you are doing them too cheap. I have a thread if you like to read that will accompany my experiance. I hope the best for you and your company but something sounds like it needs to give. I am NOT here hating and if you read back in the thread you will see what Iam saying is true.

And not to mention Is this the longest thread ever on ssm? It is for as long as Ive been here.

hey mike, could i get you to finish my tube frame for me...like maybe this weekend.. i kinda need to be driving it sunday..would that be a problem.. i mean you already got the tools to do it it shouldnt take but an hour start to finish..ill gather up my pixie dust and frog milk and have it over bout noon. sound good?

all jokes aside, we do have a 12 foot by 4.5 foot frame table. when we get all the bag jobs done in the shop, we will be doing more frames and suspension items such as clips that slide in over the I beam Ranger frame to switch it over to tube arms.

we also will be doing street rod parts. the more things we can make the more we can help and be affected less by the economy.

shit ive been waiting for like a year on my control arms and still nothing.
oh wait ive been to broke to order them. but when i get the money up they are coming from mike.

The one thing that I cant understand is how you are talking to your customers.

thats just it, they are not my customers. they are people who just want to jump on me for what they read and percieve to be a big issue. the ones who are my customers have been talked to nicely... until they start to call me a liar or start other shit thats not true. then ill fire back, and whether thats right or wrong im not going to stand for it.

ya know mike, i figured i'd stop posting as you seen my veiw and opinion, i'd figured, and maybe tried to work your ass off to prove me wrong. that was my goal. that didn't work, you're still as juvenile and immature as ever. you're slowly smashing your own business into the ground. if you're making less money than a person at wal-mart makes,

how much longer are you going to be able to hold up a job like this? how long till your wife and kid want they're mike, but he's too busy working 14 hours a day to see them. let alone all the accidents you must have to pay for.

i know this, i have a 22" rim up front that i would have loved to have had lay with your arms, but i'm glad i didn't spend my own money on it. just someone elses, for their ride.
i'm coming out to tell you, i hope someday you catch up, but as you tend to spend more time on here than anywhere else, i don't see it happening. it's really to bad. because you did pioneer a good deal in what you do. you i think, are a lot like i am. an internet comando, respond spur of the moment without really thinking long term what it will effect in the long run or how it already has. do what i did bud, sit back and walk away, go work on your parts, whatever. just give the posting some time before you go mental on the keyboard, that and your people skills could be loosing your business faster than it's making it.

thank you for your opinion. my new policy is to be as nice as possible and be as accessible as possible. while your opinion is duly noted, it is in my opnion mostly off base and therefore will be taken under advisement. I thank you for taking the time to get online and post your opinion. while I am quite certain that you dont work here and havent ever worked here. therefore, in my opinion probably dont have as good a look of the actual inner workings of my business. but thank you for your time.
