as far as the arms ,they are the same dimensions as stock ...so , no i did'nt gain any clearance but i did eliminate the strut rod with the lowwers.

my steering is limmited to lane changes on the street or freeway at 1/2 -1" off the ground ,i do need to air it up a bit for right and left turns.

oh yeah, as far as bag clearance i went into the frame in order to keep my upper balljoint away from my bag ....got a bit more lift in the process too.

Was there room to go farther in with the bag if you would have wanted to? The pics I've seen I can't really tell.

jus fuckin body drop the bitch the way you like it... if you want it cut 2 1/2 inches do it 2 1/2 inches... its a mini truck stop tryin to over engineer it. when your channeling a orignal 32 ford 3 window then you have to be careful but its a fuckin mazda. i body dropped mine with some basic instructions from lief and i did mine 3 inches and my rockers are flat and i didn't need to cut my hood at all. jus do it stop asking questions, you won't learn if you don't think for yourself and do for yourself, if i watch somebody do something i don't learn half as much as if i do it myself... wuit your belly achin' and jus get cuttin and welding.

I've bagged a couple of this body style and both layed frame the same time as the crossmember. Obviously some years are different. S10's are that way, depending on the years.

^^^whats wrong with over engineering something?I think its better to OVER design something rather than wreck your ride because you didnt take the time to ask other people how to do something. Why spend all the EXTRA time stressing yourself out when you can ask others who have already done the R&D to figure it out?? It makes total sense.....

i know there are alot of people who agree with me that you don't learn anything if you jus watch someone do something without trying on there own, its not that hard to take a tape measure and figure out how much of a body drop to do. ive been building mini trucks since i was 17 (now 22) and i know there are alot of older guys than me that have been in the scene way longer than me but that fact is i improve my skills because i try things on my own and figure shit out on my own or with a lil help from close personal friends. you can't learn everything i know from reading a book, you need to do more than don't do. and by asking the same question that has been saked a million times in this forum, jus get out to the garage or the parking pad or wherever your truck is and jus start do something with the metal....

^^YOU do it YOUR way and let others do it THEIR way. Just because YOU want to do your trucks a certain way in NO WAY makes it the only way or even the right way. Now i am not saying you are doing it wrong at all, but everyone learns different. I have been building trucks a long time and have learned ALOT of things from other people. Sure I have learned some things on my own, but without alot of watching and asking questions, I never would be able to do the things I can today. It just stupid to bash someone elses way of doing something, just because its not YOUR way, but you are still a young pup and think you know everything.....
