Instrument panel swap

I know this can be done on Honda's, but not sure about Toyota's. Can the instrument clusters be swapped? For instance, I have no tach. But I do believe the SR5 had a tach. Do these clusters plug and play?

pretty sure they will, never tried, but the plug sets look the same.

Yes they will swap out. You will have to change the oil and temp sending units to mechanical. And depending on year you may have to run an additional wire to the coil for the tach to work properly. Other than that its plug and play setup.

Ok Zombie is right aslong asyou dont have the digital dash.....the digital dashes take alot of work and you have to have the sending units....Ive got one floating around I was gonna use but with all the work it takes...Im gonna pass....I have done the swap and it all baiscaly works.
