Rebuilding these old turbo is just not worth it, you can buy a way better turbo for less than a rebuild.

It's really not worth it, I was burning one every month or so. They are like over 23+ years old now - just as easy to build one using a modern turbo - maybe easier.

Yes, but you'll need to make an adapter, the IHI flange is a small square.
