Ok seriously while everyone knows I have no love for SSM I seriously have less love for a corporate fatcat dickhead in a tux with shorts. Who the heck told him that would look good?! Really?!
"Oh yeah joe all the kids are into it these days...no really just wear the shorts...it's hip baby!"

The sad thing is it could cost SSM alot of money to defend that case. I really hope we get a sensible judge if this does go to trial. Also this guy just cost himself some business, I will never buy anything from any of his companies and will do my best to steer any person I meet away from his companies for attempting to sue SSM. This guy has proven he does not care about the scene by threatening to sue. One must remember in business your customers are your greatest asset do not piss them off.

Call me wrong if you want. But an apology would be pretty hollow if he continues to sue, imo.

E.g.

Prosecutor: I'm going to sue for associated and direct defamation of my company.
Defendant: Suing me will not fix your reputation.
Prosecutor: I'm sorry for suing you.

Does that strike a funny note with anyone else?

no, joe backed down and apologized. he had realized he was in the wrong. still pretty f**ked up.

here is a post from Kris the founder of SSM posted

"Hey man, AIM has backed down. actually they apologized... but i'm still a little bent about it all, so i'm leaving it up for a while... Big business needs to realize that they can't fuck with minitruckers any more!!!"
