dude you've got it all wrong. its not about hiding behind the computer and saying 'my internet dick is bigger than your internet dick'
its about living in the so called information age where you don't necessarily have to 'live and learn from your mistakes'
the hundreds or thousands of mistakes that other people have made serve as a lesson to thousands more.

Am I right in saying that all this is going to do to Joe is make him loose more business by complaining? I think now people that were going to buy tommarrow are now rethinking on where there money will go. Do you wanna add more money to Joes account to pay his lawyer? to potentally harm our wonderful online truck playground?

^ Couldn't agree with you more. If you alienate your clientel, how will that help grow your business. Sure, Joe should take a stand when it comes to personal defimation, but he must also consider what this will do to the bottom line of his business (assuming he cares).

I have ordered a few things from them . One being a complete Flip kit and Spindles for front for a Chevy 454ss Truck . I was missing a ton of pieces/bolts called them up and got them shipped to me no questions asked .

I know the laws and AIM has no leg to stand on in the end. He may win a judgement in court for failure to appear , but Kris can get it turned , by filing back either out of state or in .

This will go nowhere in the end . You cannot take Freedom of Speech away , even if for sometimes it is second hand info/stories . This could turn out to be quite ugly for AIM , When/If he gets Countersued by past customers stating they sold faulty/poorly manufactured products . Countersued for defamation of character with the member total SSM has I am sure this is possible

In the end I believe AIM just wanted the slander to stop going about it in the wrong way . They felt the reason AIM companies sales dropped were from SSM and other forums bad comments towards his company . Truth is the economy tied with some customers bad past experience can finally catch up with a company , spreading across the scene .

Overall I have had a great experience with AIM products/service .

99% of the people I know bash his stuff. My 1st maz was bagged ALL AIM. not 1 problem. Driven HARD on the setup with NOTHING wrong with any of it. I will do business with him and AIM again. He's been around a long time for a reason.

Hey yall, I was reading this up that email and clicked on the link that takes u to the page about the subject. my mcafee caught a virus on that page. closed it off and tried again and says there a trojan virus on that page! just warning yall that have weak comptuer..

I have never done business with him but after what he is doing i would never do business with him. i cant see why any minitrucker would want to support somebuddy that is trying to sue a website over members opinion. he is just about the money nothing else.

what we are lookin at here is far more important than a simple web site or our online play ground..... this joe fella is telling US we cant think the way we want to.. WE cant have opinions, and hevean forbid we tell peple about them... use your heads people.. this is a rediculous lawsuit even if his products were #1 .. you cant have an opinoin about that? and you cant tell anyone about that.. it is widley know in the marketing and advertising worls that word of mouth is the best forsm of advertisement around... however.. if your product and or service isnt up to par. then you will tell 15 people about it.. f you had great customer service and an outstanding product.. you will likely only tell one person... this is the way its been since the industrial revolutoin ... so who the hell is his joe caracter to try to sue me for my opinion.. my opinion is.. hes an idiot.. i have never met him and i wouldnt care if i had... anyone that threatens another with law suits for their opinions is retarded.. slander is one thing.. opinions are something else..
