maybe he should worry more about the complaints he is reading and try to right the situation instead of trying to avoid the acusations by pointing fingers at others

This and the retarded adds in all of the truck magazines are just attempts to keep his failing business afloat.

I guess i see it from his view too. How many people bad mouth his company who know nothing about him or his company. I order parts from them way back in the early 90's and had no problems. Not sure how they are now but you have to remember they have been around a very long time so they must doing something right to still be around after all of these years.I guess i dont see any point in bad mouthing them unless you have had a bad experience with them. But on the other hand I dont think trying to sue SSM will do much but piss off a lot of people.

Some have had good experiences, but more have not. They provide cheap products, for a cheap price. There's many people out there that will try to go the cheapest route possible, and go with them, usually regretting it later.

Like I posted a few days ago, I bought their S10 lower control arms 10 years ago and they have worked and are still working fine.
Having said that it does say something when this guy is more concerned about sueing a message board and his consumers rather than taking the critism constructivly and improving on the legitimate conplaints. If there are 100 posts on 4 different forums that their Universal bag brackets (just an example) suck because they bend over time, why not fix the problem, sell a better product and then adverise on AIM's site, in the mags and on the forums that they are taking steps to better their products. I think that someone else said it, that they must be having financial difficulty and this is one of the outlets that they are using. Which is totally the wrong way to do it.
Anyone else remember a guy named Wenzel?

when you have crappy parts and service combined there's really no reason to stay in business.
i have a buddy that had an upholstery shop that ordered a shAIM bag kit and universal 4 link. the stuff just seemed cheesy to me.
when you get a bad rep for poor quality or poor customer service it can take years to turn it around. but poor quality AND customer svc? good luck buddy... just sue 'em.
i think the law suit is for millions because he knows his company will crash now, so that money is to hold him over till he dies.

if you don't like the products don't buy them and leave it at that..... the golden rule is give and you shawl receive.... bad product=no buisness.... the buisness will fail on its own.... you get what you pay for.... wanna go cheap then your going to get cheap..... theres thousands of people out there half assing builds and they are what keeps these bs companys afloat and product moving.... they will weed out (eventually or learn from their mistakes) and their actions will kill their buisness.... i personally have never bought from any of his companies and more then likely never will, only because of the reviews that are from people that have bought product that have failed and haven't gotten proper refund or exchange...... if you put your name on it, its yours, so take responsibility for your product..... this suing because your product is shit and your not taking the proper action to make up for it is bull shit..... MAN UP quit hiding behind the screen trying to keyboard whip the next guy, you guys keyboard fighting look so immature.... its about time to grow up and act your age.... just my .02
