I have told my personal problems I have had in the past with parts and service from them because I don't want some one to waste there time and money like I did. If we had problems with parts and service that never got resolved with another vendor wouldn't we want to tell others to stay away?

another sad thought is Mini truckin will never drop aim as a vendor or advertiser
they make to much money off of aim...its saad cause its minitruckin and started being about minitruckers and there rides its just getting to commercial now

Now I don't post much on these situations....however I am real curious on this...
One has any one investigated the so called attorny listed in the email? Are they real are they legit? Did the email convo happen?
Second What is the true legal description of Defamation of Character?
Is that what he is suing for? Or is he suing for Kris not policing HIS website?
Has anyone contacted Joe and Kris to get their side to see if this is true on both sides?
Third...not knowing the guys personally (well limited friendly dealings with Kris pertaining to SSM) are they perhaps teaming up to get some publicity to get business up or word out about the two locations? I know this is a very very very very doubtful option but it is at lease 0.000000000001% possible. ( Iknow great odds huh)

So with that said it is my honest opinion that Joe (AIM) may be trying to sue Kris for not holding true to the rules that Kris created. Is that correct? If so very odd. To me that would be like buying a car and telling the dealership oh no I am not going to bag this truck. Then as soon as you get it you bag it. Then the dealership tries to sue you for bagging it when you said you were not. Now don't look to deep into the analogy, it does not take in the lease rules if it was a leased vehicle, the loan rules if it was not paid for in cash.

I know I don't live on SSM but I would be pretty pissed if someone was to shut it down because their feelings got hurt. Is it hurting business...who knows. How many of these ppl see each other at shows, shops, bowling alleys? Lots of them the word get out regardless. Hell look at Expedia, hotels.com, and all of the other vacation websites...they allow guest ratings and comments. I have never heard of the Hilton suing Expedia for allowing this. Crazy.
Anyways I have only one dealing with an AIM product of recent times (take a guess....drop spindles) and they did not fit just right. But I already knew they wouldn't and I didn't buy them directly I bought them from another dude in Kansas. Other than that I have zero opinion and actually was concsidering their plug and play system...but Dev is my main contact now so no more looking for me. Thanks Dev!

Anyways that is my novel about this. I can't take a side on something I have nothing to do with. I hope the best for the both of them and I hope SSM continues and I hope that Joe continues with the good products and improves the bad ones.

so if thats true, joe had gotten more business because of all the talk on the net and wants to make more money by saying it does the exact opposite and trying to sue for it. that makes me think this guy is even more of a douche and i will never buy anything from him.

aim sucks cock...lolsome of the worst products offered for air suspension....every fittin they offered leaked...there bags jus cracked.....all there attempts for bolt on kits is garbage nothin has the rite geomatry....it all jus garbagelost a lot of money threw them when i was 16...they need to be sued for there unsafe products they sell and for noy standin behind any of there products

someone should put together a class action lawsuit against them and get ahold of all the other people that have gotten screwed by them. especially if there are a lot of proof from words excchanged through saved emails and receipts have been saved.

It's not just Mini Truckin. From what I was told they cut Primedia one hell of a check to advertise in Most of their auto mags. That's why he made so many 'companies'. He can go into all the forms of vehicles to sell his crap
