i have 8's in mine jefro and basically i just had to trim out a good bit and trimmed up high a good bit to get my to clear have over 1/.2 all the way around mine..

little confused on this part..seem that the bed would be higer than the rest when done..i may be missing something here or did ya raise the bed floor?

if it is all stock the bed would bolt up the same as it did before he redid the frame under the cab he basically just redid the frame and then had it run to meet the existiong frame

dropping cab mounts down on truck

cutting top off of frame..bed mountzs still in same spot unless frame either zd or bedfloor raised right? and if back is zd at all then the tank would be that much lower in the rear, raising bed floor wont take any time jsut wanting to fully understand what he meantso i dont go and do it then have the wtf look on my face when i have front layed out and bed way up in the air like its bout to start spinnin

thats how i did mine and i raised my bed floor.its either that or build a back half with lower bed mounts.

i gutted my bed and its all sheetmetaled.

its only outter skins and some 1x1 sq tube frameing with 18ga sheet on it.

o and i lied its not comepletely stock, i did have to trim the front bed mount so the cab wouldnt rub on it.
