Any cops or people who know the law, is this legal?

if the see primer there on you i get so many looks in my primer monte and get pulled over for stupid shit but never get a ticket in my mini its bagged and painted i never get foked with go figure ...lol but i never let them search my rides because if you ask why they pull you over and they say ill tell you in a min or i dont know ask him y should i let you search if you dont have a reason, thats my opinion

yeup you have every right to tell an officer of the law "no" for a search unless they can point somthing out from out side of the car is wrong like tint or things hanging from the mirror. but you guys got to realize cops are just regular people when not in uniform and most of em dont even want to get out and write tickets but if they dont then its on them if something happens. i guess i just look at it differently since two members of my club are deputy sherrifs

If you report him, he'll make something up. Its his budy's he works with you'll report it to. They got enough crap in the book to throw anything at you for any reason. I wouldnt worry about it to be honest. It sucks but its life.

bullshit. You have the right to deny them permission to search your car when they ask, unless they've already seen something illegal in plain view like a gun, open beer bottle/can, or some drugs, etc.

Never let a cop seach your stuff... it became legal when you let him do it. Basically you waived a right to a warrant. I was in the military police at Camp Pendleton and we used to pull that crap all of the time. Next time tell them (nicely) to go pound sand if they don't have a warrant.

yo jason ur right don't make a complaint...happened to me in georgia.. i was being pulled over every night almost that once night fell if i didnt have my cigs than i was screwed..i called the sheriff's office made a complaint...and that made it worse...than once they found out that i complained they f**ked with me hard after that...i solved it though..how u ask? I MOVED. not convinent but when u can't even leave your house...i had no choice

if you say no and act suspicious that can give a cop resonable doubt that your hiding something and that will fall under the patriot act because you could theoretically have a bomb or something but basically what it comes down to is the nicer and more cooperative you act and less attitude you give the better off you will be. Warrants can be had in under a half hour and they can hold you for alot longer then that if they choose. Just expect trouble, you drive a highly illegal ride that sticks out what did you expect? Drive a kia and dont speed and never get a ticket plain and simple.

i got pulled over for my truck being satin black couple weeks ago.
i told her thats not illegal, all she said was "oh really!"
that was what she actually said, (it was just an excuse to look for something else illegal.)
