call and file a harrassment complaint. follow the phone call up with a letter. you were obviously pulled over for no reason other than he thought you were traffiking drugs. falls under profiling also, but i'd just stick to the harrassment.

yeah i agree with the call to the station and ask them questions about getting pulled over and then tell them about you getting pulled over.

Shit like this happens all the time in my area. Hell most of my friends are local cops and I hear their stories... If you file a complaint theyre gonna say they had probable cause to stop you since you were tinted. They asked you if they could search the vehicle and you said yes. Thats about it. If you would have sadi no they prob would have wrote you a ticket for tint and maybe even towed it claiminmg it was unsafe to drive and searched it at the impound.. Cops are like the gestapo. they do what they want when they want...
there is almost always an excuse they can come up with to stop you. Tint, exhaust, air freshener hangin from the mirror etc... and they will use it if they want to. They were bein dicks and take it as that... No matter how innocent you are, if you piss em off theyre gonna make your life miserable. If your drivin a custom vehicle itll stand out and theyll notice. It sucks but that the way it is. And that damn probable cause is a double edged sword. sometimes it punishes the innocent and sometimes it sets the guilty free. Either way. if you dont have a badge theyre gonna shit on you.

your driving a car that primered black (at least it is in your picture i think) on 20" wheels limo tint...think about it. what do most people assume when they see a wagon, caprice, navigator, bagged mini, with big ass rims on it just rollin. especially out here our way in the country. dude i cant tell you how many times, cops have pulled me over for stupid shit. once i got pulled over driving along at 50 mph with the ass dumped the front locked out..the cop followed me for a while, and pulled me over because he thought my rims were stolen because the tread pattern matched a discription. how he saw all that at 50 mph. i dont know. another time i got tagged for draggin (my own fault im not gonna deny it) but was pulled out at gun point, searched, and was told that because im from california that "the only people from california are drug dealers, gang bangers, and people who like to kill cops" get used to it, your rollin a modified vehicle. if you dont want to get messed with drive something stock.... also, when/if a cop ASKS to search your car, your more than welcome to tell them NO. the only way a cop can search your car after that point is if they call a k-9 to sniff for drugs and if the dog doesnt signal nothing then they cant search. IF the dog signals then they are allowed to under probable cause. dont complain about it, you got off without a ticket and no big deal. look at it this way, you were cool to them...they thought somethign of you but were proven wrong and i bet you if they see you again, their not gonna bust your balls.

if you tell the cop "NO he cant no search your vehicle" there just gonna impound it until they get a search warrant

Yea, you guys are right. I do understand why the car caught their attention in the first place. I just really pisses you off.

Here's the car I was driving. It's been this way for over a year.

I had nothing to hide so I said go ahead and search it. But what I don't get is why he only searched the front seats and glove box? Why not the back seats and the third seat and all those compartments back there.

And if a cop is having a bad day is almost certain that somebody else innocently driving along will have a bad day too. And when you take it to court with a lawyer, his story will change to make you look guiltier than the bogus ticket that he wrote you. And then it all comes down to your word against his and who is the judge gonna listen too. Thats our "justice" system that we live with.
