you guys have to realize, he said bodywork on basically the whole damn truck, it also depends on how good the metalwork was that was done. u can easily have over 150 hours into bodywork, paint, cut and buff. so 7500 isnt a bad deal. your materials are prolly gonna be around 1500-2000 depending on what they use. i use all dupont chromabase and chromaclear, where a gallon of clear is 150-200 depending. u can bring out here to vegas, and we could work something out.

it all depends on where you go. in akron, ohio theres a famous place called flashbacks and their cheapest paintjob i heard was a basic spray for 10k and thats on a waiting list that is pretty long. but when they paint something its literally flawless. but other shops in the area are cheaper because theyre just trying to build their name and get it out there. so go to places, get prices, and try and see the work they do in person, not in a picture!

My thoughts exactly. A good single color paint job will run you about $2,500 - $3,500 in Oklahoma...

i work at PaintMaster Art Studio in Las Vegas. we paint all kinda shit and our prices start at about $7000. people don't realize the amount of work the goes into painting a car. its a shit load. i have club mambers that want a deal on paint so im like get you ass to the shop to help. after about a week they are ready to pay whatever they have too. i just repainted my car for SEMA, did all the work myself (with some help from a few friends. thanx guys). even had the Auto Air Kolor paint sponsered and i still had about $1200 in other shit i had to use. so you can find cheaper priced paint out there but to get it done right its not cheap.

a lot of people will just take out a loan for it and pay it off like a truck payment. others just have a nice job and the money to do it, unfortunately im not one of those with money to do it! haha.

you need to be a baller or you need to knwo someone, or you need to build something bad ass enough to where someone will paint it for free, or just get like 5 pounds of weed and sell it, these are all ways to get 10k for paint, good luck.
