Your 19 right? Are you in college? If so go to Bankofamerica.com and you the education maximizer loan. This is for education "expenses" as long as you have a job you will most likely get the loan within a day or so. You can elect to defer payments till you graduate and interest rate is 8% a year. All in all my gf did this and i think she got her check within a week. good luck!
Donate blood???
Alex, that sucks! and just before blood drag!DAMN!!!
seriously this douche is just tryin 2 sqeeze some cash out u b/c he thimks your young and u wont do anything u need 2 call his bluff & get a lawyer and show up at his door i got 10 bucks that says he'll straighten up quick
Do you know any other dealers in town? Most of them go the the same auction.. and if you can explain your case to someone who u know.. or u think would actually care. They can arrange for you to go to the same auction your car is in.. and you can out bid those a holes on it. If he thinks he won't get but a grand.. u have just over a grand. However.. i would shit my pants if i got outbid and watched my car go to someone else. But if it works out.. u get the title at the end of the auction.. so you could save money. Just make sure right before the auction when those scum bags are eyeing down the car.. stand by it (inspecting) it like they are.. and talk mad shit about how busted it is. (not saying it is.. but so they are less likely to buy it) - doubt it will work but good luck

this fuckin blows my ass.... i have 9 days left
alex honestly man, most everyone is right you are in the wrong on the contract. you going back and fixing it now doesnt make that any better. in 9 days you may be able to get a high interest loan through a place like washington mutal. look in the ghetto it is a high interest low income loan company. at least you can get your car back. there will be no other option besides either paying for the car to him or buying it at the option. he is not calling the bluf of him being 19 guys. alex is in breach of contract plain and simple. the auto lot owner is in the right unless in FL you do have to file papers before repo. i know some states are not papers before hand though there is paperwork after you do it. that is more so know can report it stolen. i hate to hear it man but seriously focus on coming up with the money or going to an auction or washing your hands of it. those are your options!
by the way alex. i do honestly feel really bad for you but there are a buch of sh*theads in the world and you found a whole place full of them. i would say the salesman was in on it from the get go. good luck man!
i say keep crying about it, it will fix you problems.
but seriously, any other financial institution would be seriously pissed off too, with you driving around without full coverage. put it this way, your friend owns a sweet ass truck with like 20 k dumped into it, but he only has liability, you wreck it, dont claim it as your problem or car, then hes stuck with the bill. same thing thats goin through their head. like everyone says you broke the contract, they take the ride back, im pretty sure the law isnt gonna save you, so like everyone says, get the money, even if you have to sell your body to a 64 year old man that needs a carrot shoved up his ass by a plump 19 year old boy to get a hard on.

Sorry, but that's funny.
I haven't heard of a leinholder yet that wouldn't insist on full coverage within the contract. They have to protect their interest in the collateral.
