Unfortunately, I went through some of the same issues of "they shipped this day" or they are shipping this week" awhile back for some S10 arms. What was supposed to take 2 weeks, ended up taking a month and a half. BUT, the arms were great. Mike is a great guy, he is trying extremely hard to make everyone happy by offering great products at a reasonable price. If he would just step up and say its going to be 2 months or 4 months or whatever to get arms, he may not get every sale because of it, but he sure wont be pissing anybody off either. By the way, I just ordered THREE sets of arms about 3 weeks ago. I know I'll be happy with them. Keep it up Mike, you'll get caught up soon. I think you're on the right track!!
does anyone know the progress on the control arms prototypes for the 94-01 rams?
Just know that mike has 3 guys including himself working at his shop. If you want a special part it will take awhile. Where else can you order a custom length arm with whatever ball joints you want and get it right away. Hell, AIM can't even send in stock parts that quick and mikes quality is top notch.

So 3+months is considered that quick to you? Damn, must be nice not to have shit to do. I'm in no way arguing Mike's quality compared to Shaim ind. but I have to say they will definately beat him on the time the order is made to the time you get the product by a long shot.

Ya Grant you've been waiting on yours forever now, and didn't they tell you they had them shipped out a long time ago, and then they showed up at HeatWave and said your control arms were the ones sitting on their table? hahaha, lemme know what happens
Yes thats what Mike told me after Heat Wave. Sounds like Korrupt Intentions at Heat Wave took them home although. LOL BTW, Korrupt how did they work on your truck?
I'll admit that mine have been ordered and paid for since late March, but Mike has assured me that he will make it right and I have faith in him, so as far as I am concerned, I will be patient and give him the time to make me quality products that are right the first time. Now let the man get to work building control arms instead of defending himself on here, PLEASE.
the people who have had to wait a long time are the ones waiting on parts for the 88-98 GM fullsize trucks. we have redesigned those many times to make them the best we can do. its hard to make an arm that works with stock wheels and spindles and also works on 24 inch rollers and drop spindles.
but we have finally gotten the design like we want it for good. now we are producing those as fast as we can. they are heavy duty 1&1/2" DOM with a 1/4" wall. they will hop a dually and no problems at all. they can also be ordered shorter for you guys running big truck wheels.
we are also developing the Dodge fullize arms right now.
when I take an order I expect it to take 4 weeks to complete, unless its custom. thats why we are changing the way we do things and building more of each item at once, so that eventually we will catch up and be ahead. if I continue to build just the oldest order we will never catch up.
its good because right now we have extra sets of Toyota upper and lower arms. so if someone orders them now theres only a few days wait for shipping. thats good. then we do Dakotas next week and Nissan and people who order those then will not have to wait. its a good system but it takes time to implement. be patient and you guys can have anything you want. BYC is committed to minitruckers
ur a bad man! lol thats a very good idea how your planning things now, your old way works good if your only supply'n locally but you and your other 2 employees are supply'n the whole country lol big diff
thanks peeps. we have extra sets of Toyota upper and lower arms in stock right now. and some extra watts links too. hopefully more extra stuff next week
