Luke, what you said happened to you is not the same as what happened to him, and yes the UPS store fucks up alot, ask anyone who uses them for shipping.
secondly I didnt call you a liar, I said thats not true, its a little different.
JD, please send me the old parts and ill send new ones. I sent out 8 sets of lowers for people who had a problem, I paid for shipping both ways and even sent a prepaid shipping label for each set. and I got 1 set back... the rest screwed me out of my parts so I cant send parts first anymore. plus Im low on S-10 lowers right now and im building them as fast as I can.
the reason you didnt get the tracking number is I dont have a computer at the shop. when you print a shipping label the ONLY place the number is on is the actual part that goes with the package. email me and Ill send it.
anyone who has an order older than 6 weeks, was it pre paid or something you asked me to build soon? I know of NO orders that have been paid for and not shipped that far back with the exception of some fullsize Dodge arms.
keep it coming people I love it. if the only knock on BYC is the time it takes to get parts Im good with that. but like I said i cant build parts in the office while im looking for your tracking number. email me and i can reply when I get time. ]

Like others have said, I know the wait will be worth it. I just checked the BYC website with the new pics and the Tacoma arms look killer. I work in a shop that's always behind on orders too, I know how it is. There are just not enough hours in the day to catch up.

well I guess I have forgotten some orders over the past year, but I make it right as soon as I know whats up. chris, whats the name the watts link was ordered under and whats the shipping address, I have several orders for Watts links and I cant tell which is yours. or please email me or call me about it.
the Tacoma arms on the site are the wrong pic. those are the old style Toyota 84-94 lowers, and we dont make those anymore. the new ones look 10 times better, just 2 tube and a better way to mount them. ill get pics up asap. and the actual Taco arms look better than those too.

I paided for my FSC a-arms on Dec 13th of 2004. I paid you through paypal. I have a UPS tracking # too, but nothing has been shipped out on it still.

also the phone rings all day, so sometimes I forget to call people back. please leave a message a couple times and ill get back with ya. thanks for everything you guys have done and I look forward to making lots of parts and helping you guys drag the frames off your rides... without breaking balljoints....check out the website for new pics soon.

I ordered uppers and lowers for my dually on May 28th. I also paid you through Paypal. I know in the last e-mail you sent me you said they would probably ship out early next week, but I just thought I would remind you here. Thanks.
