HAH, I thought I was the only one with this problem. Hey NevrEndn, I've been waiting for my Isuzu arms for four months now and I've missed three shows thanks to this.

last week we were busy and didnt answer the phone during the day. I cant make parts in the office so I have to choose my time to call people back. but I do have caller ID but dont call back people who hang up, thats like 7 out of 10 calls. please leave a message when you call. secondly Luke, thats not true man and you know it. UPS does lose some stuff from time to time, and its usually the blame of the UPS store, and not UPS themselves. they are not owned by UPS, and they dont help alot.
third, I was in jail from sat nite till monday, tickets I didnt pay and didnt have the cash to pay, I usually spend every dime on shipping and more materials.
fourth, we are behind and to Spencer on the Isuzu arms, they went out today. redesigned them a couple times. Mad Mike, your watts link is actually finally in the box ready to ship.
the next will answer a few questions about how we do things and what we have changed to address the problems.

we used to build the oldest order, this meant it took half a day to make a pair of arms, this is on top of the 10 arms we make for S-10s every day. so I was wasting time doing that and I was so far behind I could never catch up by myself. my dad closed down his shop after 25 years and came to work for me TIG welding. so now we have the capacity to make alot of parts.
but we decided to start a new way, and that is to make all of what we have sold of one item and then make a few extra sets, then move to the next thing. like a couple weeks agow we were making Toyota uppers. we had 5 orders and made 10 sets. then we started making Toyota lowers (the new style ones) and we are still making those. we can make 5 to 10 of whatever each day when we have the material.
but since we are so far behind on some items we still have to make the oldest of those till we get withing the 3 to 4 weeks we should be in.
soon we will have extra sets of everything on the shelf and with no wait time. right now the only thing we have extra of is Toyota upper and lower and S-10 upper.
tomorrow and friday we will be making GM fullsize 88-98 lowers. then uppers for those trucks next monday. then 73-87 lowers, then 73-87 uppers late next week. then Dakota and so on and so on. please be patient and soon we will have anything you need whenever you need it. we also like to add a new product each month.
on the Colorado arms, im done with the prototype set and ready to ship them to you man. this saturday ill be finishing up the lowers for the Colorados.

also the phone rings all day, so sometimes I forget to call people back. please leave a message a couple times and ill get back with ya. thanks for everything you guys have done and I look forward to making lots of parts and helping you guys drag the frames off your rides... without breaking balljoints....
check out the website for new pics soon.

It sounds like I'm one of many out there waiting on their A-arms too. I ordered mine back in December of 04. Yes 04, so maybe I'll get them before the year is up. I've been in constant communcation with Mike about my A-arms being shipped out to me. But things keep poping up keeping them from shipping out. I would like to display his work on my truck, but I'm getting to the point of saying Fu*k it and getting a refund to buy ART's a-arms. I hope Mike you do come through with what you have promised.

Later.....
