cant get ahold of BYC!!

so, we are going to bitch at the man when he gets busy? and we also bitch at aim for selling crappy parts? which is it guys, your not going to get the same quality on a mass produced part. either dont send him your money and buy some crappy arms, or pay and be prepared to wait. he hasnt screwed one person. cant have your cake and eat it too. give the man a break, he is making ALOT of our lives easier for a measly few hundred bucks.

i know my buddy corey has been waiting 3 months now for his upper and lower arms for his 89 blazer and he has missed 3 bigs shows now and he says that they are shipped out or they will be on this day but they never show up and right now it looks like he is going to miss INDY cuz he doesnt have the arms to drive it there

the one thing that mike could do that really help his business out is tell the customer straight up what he has and when the parts can get sent out, i ordered a watts link and was told it would go out in a few days, called 13 days later to check up on it, now its been nearly a month, this was goin on my towpig, so i kinda needed to finish up the bag job on it, so i ended up makin my own watts link, its cool though i'll just sell it whenever i get the BYC watts link in.

im not tryin to hate, just givin some advice from experience to better help the business and customer service end.

I'm the same way cris(bdroppeddak). I was told three to four weeks when I placed my order back in Dec/04. Which was no big deal back then. He since has been through alot of design changes on making them correct. Which is good for the customer. My experiance has been envolving many phone calls lately with the words thay have been shipped out, but in fact they haven't. Yes, Mike is quite busy and he's not a big company with alot of empolyees I relize that. I just hope things work out for everyone.

Whats not true? The first time you told me you shipped them you said they were sent back because the box opened in transit. The second time you said you shipped them but, the UPS store was dicking you around and you did'nt know where they were. It took me 7 months to get my arms and, both times you said you shipped them you would'nt give me a tracking number. The only reason I got my arms when I did is because you had them on your table at Showfest with a price tag on them. I was'nt trying to bash you but, get your story straight before you call me a liar.
