cant get ahold of BYC!!

Mike, I am waiting for my uppers and lowers shortened 1.5" for a 98 dakota, Just wondering what the statis is on em?

I ordered em from Centerstage Customs, to be shipped to IL...

I hate to jump on the banwagon but I need my mazda arms too. Pllleeeeaaaassseeee.....

i don't think anyone is bitching about his arms or the length of time really its the lies that piss people off. don't tell someone that it will take 2 weeks when it is gonna take 4 months. its bad business plain and simple. mike has great comunication but just shys around actual dates or gives dates that he knows he can't commit on. the quality of his arms are great but i had to cut off the ends of a toyota arm i got from him cause they were too long and would not align right. i know he would have made it right if i would have called but i have a business to run also and i couldn't tell my customer 2 more weeks and have it be another 3 months so i just modded them myself and made them work. lets all just buy hondas apc has everything we need in stock lol

Yeah Mike has great communication, he always returns my calls and eamils and is cool to just bullshit with. I just want my conrtol arms, ya know?

I have nevr told anyone 2 weeks knowing it woul be 4 months. never plan on it being that long on anything and never told anyone 2 weeks unless it was something I was making right then.
as far as being a larger company, I hope you dont mean mine, we have 2 people, me and my day. I make all the parts and he welds most of them. I have to stop 50 times a day to get the phone and sometimes just have to let it ring. I can make parts in the office on the phone.
plus I dont have any control over how long it takes to get stuff from the laser cutter.

our new policy of making all of one thing is having a good effect on parts in stock but it means that some people have to wait longer till we get to making that style part. its either do it this way or keep getting farther behind until i go under or cant get any orders because of it.
everything is hand made, we use a manual bender and do everything one at a time.
each control arm is cut, bent and tacked together by me, then welded by my dad. so it takes time.

I finally had to break down and ask for my money back. I told him if he doesn't e-mail me back by friday with a straight answer I want my money back. I have been waiting since the beginning of June for some s10 control arms and have only herd from him a few times when he e-mails me back. he is usually good about that but the fact that he never takes it upon him self to give me or anyone else an update is bull shit. what kind of business is he trying to run. If it is just him and his dad than up size like Suicide Doors did or stop taking orders it's that simple. If he is that backed up with building control arms at $400 bucks a pop he should have no problem hiring some more help even if it's just someone to answer the phone so he can keep working and who knows he might even have a happy customer. I don't know anything about his arms exept that every one says they are bad ass and I believe it but you can't run a business this way. If you read this mike I'm sorry if you think I'm bashing you or your product, I'm not I'm just bashing the way you do business, it's not right.

3 months aint sh*t to wait... Stop your bitching. Thats reciculous in all honesty.It's taking some people 5 months and you dont see them whining.

good luck with the refund garrettseybert, im still waitin on my $160 for the watts link that was supposed to ship "a few days" after i ordered it. mike even told me to put in the paypal order that he said on the phone it would ship in a few days. after 2 months i said send it or gimme my $$$, luckily mike uses paypal, so i put it in paypals hands to get my dough. i wasnt gonna bring it out, but people do need to know about these things.

Cris, i need to talk to ya some time about some control arms if your interested, and BTW one of those spindles is broken, so i dont think you'll be wanting those.....lol!! Get back at me whenever you got some time.

I was the first person to order a set of his production toyota lowers back in november of 04, I orderded them because he said he had made them before and they were cheap so I didn't think to much about it, Three months go by and I e-mail him to check on the progress, and he tells me he's waiting on a toyota to come in to the shop so he can fab a set up. so that pissed me off and after about 50 more e-mails and two months later I finally get a set of arms that don't fit and don't lay out. so he says he'll send me a new set and never says anything about sending the old ones back. well I start to read all these posts about arms and he says he has extra sets of yota arms. so I e-mail him again and turns out He wants me to send my old ones back so I send them back and we'll see what I get this Time. Sorry for the long post I'm just pissed that I've had to wait 10 months for a set of control arms I was told would take 4 - 6 weeks. i'm up to $210 for arms I don't even have yet and probably will never use. BYC is not going to last very long in this industry with customer service like that.
