cant get ahold of BYC!!

your comparing an unpainted prototype GM fullsize arm to a painted S-10 arm.

things have actually improved each month around here. I cant afford to hire someone to answer the phone, and even if I did, what copuld they tell someone about the parts? not much unless I explained everything to them, then theres still gonna be 200 more questions they cant answer. then I still have to stop what nIm doing and take a call, on top of paying someone to take a call, set the phone down and come get me.
be patient, we have had some problems getting laser cut parts lately especially the S-10 stuff.
if you want to get a hold of me, call and leave a message, the phone literally rings every 3 minutes, no eggageration. so by lunch theres 25 calls where someone stayed on the line long enough to get to the message and then only a few even leave one.
if you dont get a call back, please leave another message, or email. I get only about 100 or more of those a day. I do respond to everyones email, but sometimes forget to get back to some emails.

^^^^i guarantee those silver control arms don't lay out, don't have good balljoints, and sure as hell can't get them made for my mazda with toyota ball joints. Probably don't even make them for a mozada (don't prove me wrong because I really don't give a shit) I ordered my control arms from him goign on 4 months ago. Mike has always returned my messages and emails, he has always bullshit with me about different things and has had a good attitude. It was 3 and 4 months ago that EVERYBODY started ordering from him. Give him a fucking break. He got hit with a lot of work. Yes I want my control arms as bad as the next guy but from what I can tell he is doing his best. And I don't think all you people talking shit about his company is goign to get your parts out any quicker.

DAMN!!!! SHUT UP ABOUT THIS. Leave the guy alone so he can build your freakin arms. He has already has explained a thousand times about what he is doing. It sounds fine to me. I understand about what he is going through and what the customers are also, but all this bitching is not getting them faster. If you want to help! Help by sending him an email and leave him to building arms. He will answer in time but you all have to be somewhat patient.

Hey Jd (jimmything0 F**K you if it doesn't concern you don't worry about it! I hope you didn't wait 5 months becasue if you did your a fool, I'm a fool for waiting 3 months. Sooner or later Mike White is going to realize that you can't run business this way. I'm not b**ching I'm telling it how it is. Anyone else that is waiting I feel bad for you this sucks!

mike for someone who has no yime and no extra help you sure have a lot of time to be typing on the internet. my question for you is at 400.00 per set of control arms you say that you have no money to hire someone else. all of these people have already paid you. where has the extra money gone. i know that the price of steel has gone up but this is a line of bull sh#t. From a business standpoint anyone who has so many unsatisfied customers and has hardly made a name for themselves wont be around for long. im sure you are doing your best and im not trying to be a dick but i see a continueing pattern. instead of waiting for your laser cutter and spending all that time in jail how about being a smart business man and finishing all the old jobs before you take on any new jobs such as one off arms and new designs for trucks that have just come out.

well for one the shop rent, tubing that starts at 4.40 a foot, balljoints, bushings, welding time, welder, rods, we go thru almost 100 worth of argon a week. these things arent cheap to make. nor are they cheap to ship. then theres all the small things that cost, we go thru about a dozen cutoff wheels a day, about 2 or 3 chopsaw blades a day, etc etc etc... we got behind in the spring and the small amount of parts I was making then wasnt paying the bills, not to mention we just had to buy a new welder that was by itself 2300, plus the torch for it, the cooler, bottle, foot control.... then we also bought a welder off ebay that is broken and has to be fixed. I was only online to make shipping labels for parts going out today. is it ok for me to be online? I dont even take a lunch break, I get here before 8 and leave after 6 then spend the evening doing emails and paperwork.... how many hours do you work a day> last weekend I worked sat, sun and monday... all day into the night. so Im sorry of your parts arent done but im doing them as fast vas I can and cant afford to hire help. I dont think you understand that we dont make alot of money off these parts. if you think that then you are very mistaken. it takes alot of time and money to build a set of arms and alot of materials goes into a set. just add it up sometime and see, or better yet, make a set and see how much it costs you and how much time it takes.

I have never bought from you but I have been following all this here and at S10forum.com. From your last statement mike, it looks as though you have been taking orders and spending that money elsewhere. Is that right ? Were those welders, shop rent, bail money, etc. all paid from the money you got from taking orders on parts you cant deliver ? And is the reason people haven't gotten refunds because their is no money for refunds ?
If you are taking orders now, to pay for materials to build parts ordered 4 months ago, you have got a big problem.

Dude you all need to let the man breath. Damn I say people can make mistakes,even in business Hell the hardest thing to do is organize a freshly started business. Plus keep building parts and whatnot. For the love of god yall calm down. I understand both sides of the coin here. Hes just trying to get a break. Quit kicking the horse. FAWK!!!
