cant get ahold of BYC!!

Well I do know this that the arms that I had received that were built by BYC WERE NOT D.O.M..

The arms pictured on www.builtbybyc.com are not shown with the correct material. ALL DOM tubing is a darker brown finish which is produced by the hardening procedure. Plus you will see faint spiral line where when the tubing is spun while cooled to rid the seam (thus making it seamless). If you look at the arms pictured on the site, the material used is a Cold rolled Electric Weld (CREW). Which the arms that were furnished to me were NOT made out of. They were a SCH 80 black pipe with the black coating ground off. VERY DISSAPPOINTED. I will tell you this also If they were using A DOM with the 1/4 wall thickness then your arms are WAY over built and the cost would be ungoddly. Other than the material dissappointment the overall build of the arms were good. After reading and writing all this It looks like I am bashing people for using PIPE but really I am adding a concern of mine. To the consumers Just beware of what your receiving, and what you might be putting on the line.

You dont have to read it in a book. You just have to be observant when looking at what you want. Its not that HARD!!
