Also got the safety latch installed & lengthened the rod for the manual knob ( will cut down to the needed height),this is the passenger side ,tomorrow will get the soleniod installed ,hang the door & run the wiring

Safety latch is electrically operated wired though the stock power lock switch & has a manual knob also,throwing a pin forward into a small hole to prevent the door from opening in case of a latch failure!
I know of three cases of BearClaw latches failing causing a lot of body damage with the door ripping back!
Don't think the stock Toyota latches would fail,but rather be safe than sorry!

And just think, I thought my single hinge setup on a single cab was a pita... Very nice work bro! Do you have any more pics of how your running the inside handle etc... Im running mini bear claws on mine. Im planning on somehow keeping stock outside handle just to f*ck with people, even it it just pops the solenoid. I got the pocket all welded in on door #2 now

This is the handle lay out,I used a 2nd pulley on the latch side to pull the cable away rubbing & pull it up more in a straight line

Here you can see how the cable end bolts right to the handle 2 the same hole as the plastic rod lock was in
