When tuning the stock carb after removing all the emissions do you need to rejet or just dial everything back in?

Boy shit howdy! Hey Cusser, I followed your sig links and found what may be the answer to one of my original questions:
It looks like the cruise control cable with the clip on bath tub ball chain thing hooks onto the main throttle cable instead of the linkage to the side of it, correct?

im in the same boat with my b22 im working on plugging all the extra bs but a couple of my rubber plugs are getting ruined by gas will this resolve its self once i finish plugging everything off or is it an internal issue with my carb?

I bet if you toss a Weber on there. Tune it properly it would run perfect,
I'm no help because I installed a Weber right after i removed all emissions and
never ran the stock carb without emissions components.

How much of the distributor vacuum system do you need to keep? from the distributor it goes to a little solenoid then splits off.
