3.0 power possibility

Any one building the 3.0 v6? Id like to give the b3k a little bit of grunt for when its lowered. Id like to avoid using a turbo due to the headache my current turbo car causes already. Are there any weaknesses in the engine, or drivetrain? I'm only shooting for 250-300 but its still a big jump from stock. Ill be ok with building it for nitrous. Figured id ask to see what u guys have done.

Check on the ranger forums, a b3000 is going to be the ranger platform and those guys might have more insight to that particular motor. Most of us have the mazda version truck. 1993 and older...
