Help Identify this Weber?

So long story short, My Dad bought this truck, it was modified when he bought it , the card says weber on it but I can not find the model number or anything like that. I am trying to get it running correctly and would like to tune the carb to the stock settings of the carb





I know it's not pretty, but I have to start somewhere.
