allow all the air to come out of your system. disconnect the lines from the tank..... pour some into the tank and/or a few drops in the lines going to each bag.... should help keep the line from freezing up for a day or two..... 18wheelers use this often and the stuff works great for them

Several years ago I was a OTR truck driver, and yeah, pour this anti freeze in the inlet side of the compressor. I would unscrew the air filter and pour the stuff in using a funnel, or the other way I got into the air system was to pour some into the trailer air line (red and blue coiled lines on the tractor) then connect the two together and release the brakes, this odviously won't work for your p-ups air system. You might try draining your system and unhooking the compressor from the tank and pouring the stuff in, then rehook up the compressor to push the stuff through the system.

This anti-freeze will help keep you from freezing up, not stop it. Still need to drain your tank, and air lines everyday.

Question:

Do you think it will unfreez what is froze? Been 4 days now with this cold snapp, But we had it for a week with out draining anything. Kick myself in the rear for not thinking of that.

i doubt it will since theres no way for the air to flow if the line(s) that are frozen (and the stuff only HELPS to keep if from freezing up, it doesn't 100% prevent the freeze up).... have a garage? or maybe even a blow dryer??
