LOL.....
But i tought the ECU was important to keep?

It's not needed with a Weber. The ecu controlled various things on the stock carb, but since the stock carb is no longer there, you no longer need the ecu. The Weber does everything by itself. It's not like a fuel injected car where it needs the ecu for everything.

well, i couldnt be more happier with this product, it really woke up the truck! Gave it a ton of power, and i have noticed a bit increase in gas mileage =] lol. I highly recomend the 32/36 with the electric choke, it was easy to install, and super easy to tune. installation time was around 2 hours, from start to finish.

Is the idle good? I always heard bad things about that.

NICE, I have done the Weber to ALL the B22s I have had. The stock carb and all the vacume lines suck after the hoses get dry... More power. I have idle issues with my Weber but.. its nothing you cant adjust.
I recently did a header and 40 series Flowmaster. Its lil too loud but, thats the way I like it... lots of power without the old clogged can and cat. The pace setter header was an easy install but it doesnt line up just right with the exhaust. It was close but not close enough so I just re-did the entire exhaust set up.
Anyway.. go with da header!!! You will be as stoked as you are with the carb!

Thanks Kaotic. That is my next project to do. Can you give me the link to the same 40 series flowmaster you used? and cataylic converter (if you used 1) ? thanks.
And DZ, I have no problems what so ever with my idling, i had to adjust it twice, and havent touched it yet, and its been perfect. Purrs right at 1000 rpm with compressor AND AC on. =] haha

I used the pacesetter header (70-1140) I think... and no cats (can get away with it here)... ran 2.25 pipe from the header to the 40 Flowmaster and 2" pipe out the back of the Flow.. Honestly, its too loud... I should have went with the 50.
