was the truck parked fer a while before ya bought it?
theory, i have is, gas tank was never drained or maintained and old crud mixed up with new gas and motion caused the fuel filters and pump to clog wit all the shizzat.
you have already done all the reg fixes. Assuming proper plug gaps.
lol btw I have bought new plug wires that were faulty, lol
Sorry I cant offer a solution to ya
I am always suspicious of old cars and their fuel systems, from workin in a restoration shop, always was an issue.
As a preventative maintenance measure, I would drain the tank, and drop it out and rinse it out too, just did that to mine ,it had 3 year old gas in it and some crud too. its an 89 with 230,000 kms on the original tank.

Not sayin thats it fer sure, I lost my crystal ball, lol
Just a theory, based on experience
I would run some carb cleaner through it too

welcome, and best o luck

ok so not to sound mean or anything...but we dont know what cars have what engines....we dont inventory the parts at all..just the cars...i can even tell u if its a " 95 oldsmobile cutlass supreme"
it just tell me "cutlass oldsmobile 95 gr"<<first thing that popped in head...the gr is green

we have some older toyota pick-ups yes..but they get stripped fairly quickly...if there was a 22re engine...im sure its gone, becuz they r requested a lot

I'm almost positive these bad boys don't have a relay.

Just a ground and a ignition switch. Make sure the ground is good.

thats very possible too...might be why we cant find it lol...
thats pretty much what we are going to do is just rewire it but hook it up to a toggle switch instead of ignition..
