All parts were cleaned and blown out after air dry. WD40 was also used to protect the metal on occasion.

Governor assembly

Rear assembly, replace these three rings with rings from the rebuild kit.

Rear of Case

Add Thrust Washer

Insert rear assembly with the new rings you replaced with your kit

Insert the rear shaft

I used transmission fluid at first but switched to Vaseline for prelube. Live and learn.

Assemble the rear one way clutch. Important, according to references your rear one way clutch assembly will be different if your transmission is the non 4.0L version.

Insert the one way Clutch into the case
