Ever thought about pulling the cab back 3/4-1" on the frame will give you more trans tunnel room and firewall space and best of all sqaures the wheel in the fender better. i did 3/4.

Very nice...great job man. I say keep the 275...more rubber the better. Anything less than the 275/30 is destined for a trailer.

we moved marks cab back 3/4" on his s10 and it helped with clearance, looks so much better with the wheel centerd. Is that a escalade fender? cuz I think all that filler is where they shaved the fenderflare holes if so

Yeah, it is an escalade fender. The owner also made some mini tubs on the inside of the fender to strengthen it. There is metal welded to the inside of the fender lip and at the top of the fender. That, and the filled holes is why there is body filler on them.
