I wouldnt worry about the lowers too much man.  I make flat plate lowers for alot of fullsize trucks.  even the 88-98 fullsize like your working on, They bolt in and lay 24s, with spherical bearings or balljoints.  However, i make all my arms from .750 plate also.   Ive built them for everything from full size ram trucks and chevy trucks to S-10's and nissans.  I even made a flat plate set for a customer with a 3500 dually, and hes still running them to this day. I used to only make tubular arms for customers, but i like changing it up between the two every once in a while.  anyways, i love your work and cant wait to see this finished.      Taylor

we all know you can't afford to throw a bone jeremy. some people work one many cars to pay for there overhead plate jockey. (just kidding had answer the stab there)looks very nice none the less. the truck started kinda rough. i'm glad your throwing out all the bad parts. i hate working on tuff tarnish to bring out the silver.on this particular make of truck i have always favored tubed uppers and lowers it just looks mean. keep the pics coming its getting there.

Do you have any pics? What are you charging for those arms?

almost a "stock floor". Just one small hole for the tranny. I also got the rear suspension started.
