No, all hydro streams I have seen have out board's on the back of them.
Here is a link to a video of one of our get togethers last summer. Starting at about the 1 minute mark, there is some good footage of my boat.
If you have time, watch some of the other videos. Somereal good times we had there.
It's a sidewinder '72 I belive. It's a V hull, I wanted a flat bottom but they are hard to find out here and the V is eaiser for my wife to steer. (even though she has a hard time figuring out the no power-no steer thing) Yeah and since there so called lakes here are about 4" deep going fast is a little more risky.
Yea, the steering thing is a lil tricky. LOL
shop foreman here is trying to frankenstine a seadoo and a 14 ft jon boat..i know it isnt the same league but it sounds like fun lol
my pops used to race blwon fuel jet boats back in the late 70s early 80s... only guy to hold all 4 dragboat association soeedrecirds at one time(if i remember my triviacorrectly)
we still have one of his boats, an yougblood hull, but it has a "tamed" 454 in it now... scarey part about that boat is when you are turned sideways to teh sun you can see the waterline throughthe hull. HAHA
What is his name? We prolly know alot of the same people.
