Making progress little by little

I used some white pearl under black kandy to help the 100 pop off the seal alittle better......



I bought some lace to stencle in the micrscopic paisley looking borders on the top and bottom of the bill





I also used different mesh's to achive a slightly more realistic texures in parts of the bill.........











A few more numbers, letters, and signitures and more shading to make it look realistic and I'm there
