hey seth, if you get enough travel out of your upper balljoints, you can use the speedway #91034323, if fits like a fuckin glove in the spindle, but the travel isnt any better than the yota balljoint.

I get anough travel, I just want a cleaner balljoint since I'm building new uppers. I looked up the Moog K772 (91034323) at work and its $13 with tax. But when the parts guy grabbed it, it looked like a press in balljoint with little ribs, they didnt look like threads at all so I didnt buy it.

So basically is that how they are supposed to look? The threads not that defined?

Do you have any pictures? The pictures on Speedways site dont show them well. And they dont look all that defined there. But the sleeves do.

I just helped a friend of my put them in his 54 chevy. It has the mustang 2 front clip and thats the part number that he got from speedway, K772. I remember looking at the box when I pulled them out to put them in.

Okay, I'm going to take your word for it then. Lol. They are returnable.

only thing that I don't like is that the rubber just sits on top of the ball joint. There isn't anything to hold it down so debris can get into it.

Yea I heard about that. Could a light silicone sealant be used to fix that?
