Great salesman here. You just won salesman of the month by calling customers cry babies. 1. If there are easy tips to making the top work better, put them in the f@ckin instructions. How hard is that? Why should the customer have to call your tech help, you could just put the tips in the instructions.2. If they need improvements, and you know what improvements can be made, why are you not making them?3. Until a another company starts making custom rags, it is obvious StreeT Beat will do nothing to improve their product (hint,hint).

i had a 40x40 in my daily driven fullsize ext.cab for the past 5 years and loved it! only in the past 6 months have i had trouble with the latch mechanism. i called SB and they were willing to send me some new parts to fix it for a very reasonable price, but i didnt get off my ass to get them and ended up selling the truck not long after. however i would prolly never do another rag in a single cab mini. my isuzu has a 35x20. i havent had any problems at all with it, however i just feel it is a waste for what little opening you actually get on this kinda truck. i am seriously considering replacing it with an electric glass sunroof (which i just might get from streetbeat as well)
