Mini's were already getting big in Texas as far back as the early 80's. THe first bada** mini I remember was in Galveston during spring break 86. White mazda, ground effects Ratical convertible top, white BBS's and a tilt bed. It was so awesome I went home and cut the top off my 77 monte carlo cuz pop's wouldn't let me sell it and get a mini.

We already did a paternity test- it turns out that Dan is my Daddy!
It's taken a few counseling sessions, but I've come to terms with the reality of having Dan for a father. Male pattern baldness, excessive back hair, and bowed legs...
At least I can look at him and see what I'll look like in another 30 years or so!

Theres still a couple of guys I know still with the Texas Miniz logo on there trucks ... not as active as they once were but still in existence nonetheless ... They were a main reason I got into minitruckin back while I was in High School in the late 80s early 90s
