is it losing popularity

In my opinion I think it is losing popularity ... Back in the late 80s and early to mid 90s MiniTruckin seemeed to be A LOT more popular ... you couldnt drive a few miles without coming across a custom mini ... I think now that there are few NEW actual minis that someone can purchase it will affect popularity ... it seems like now if someone is in the market for a new truck it almost costs the same (just a little more) to buy a full size as compared to the minis (midsize) trucks of today .... dont get me wrong I LOVE MINI TRUCKS .... Always have, but in general I dont think it is as popular as it once was which has its pros and cons but nonetheless not as popular. But like many have already stated, minitruck popularity will come and go but the true diehard minitrucker will be the life blood of the lifestyle for years to come.
