I did a newer ranger a few years back.And to help correct all of the camber issues i used a screw in ball joint and weld ring.Welded the ring into the lower arm and reamed the spindle to fit.And raised the upper control arm mounts 2-2.5 inches and it worked great. the caster and camber all most went away.
Just had lil bumpster when laied all way out.

Think you could handle 521 arms? Really looking for a lower to ditch the control rod. Kinda like you did yo your toy. But there is so little room. If you could make some 521 arms upper and lower i know around 30 or so people that would buy them.
