LONG STORY SHORT!! some dude bought an old DOWN TO EARTH truck that i helped build. we built some one off shit for a hood and now the guy is saying he built that and came up with the idea. I understand the truck needed to be re bagged and reinforced bed n shit but dont take credit for a one off hood no one has put out there!!! AHAHAHAH its just funny. u didnt build it no matter what ur story is. the truck is the same color paint on the same wheels it hasnt changed..........

I agree this thread is jumping around, but I also agree with Chad. This lowest truck on biggest wheels is getting out of hand. I could build the cleanest truck known to man with every mod known to man, but if it only has 18's and lays frame (no 20's or body drop) most people won't even give it a second look. But that raises another point, build it for yourself not someone else.

I dont see the big deal..its happened to me before as well too,i dont dwell on that fact or make a post of it..its not worth making a scene about. If that person feels comfortable telling people that he did the work when he did in when in reality he didnt big f'n deal.

I built my best friend Luke's s-10 and he told everyone that he built the damn thing. And here recently, i did the welding and bracketry for the front end of his silverado and let him do all his own valves and wiring and now every time he goes to AVS he tells them that he built everything on it and that he knows how to do all this shit that he has to come to me for.
I mean this was my best friend. He is still a friend but too big of a crock of shit to be best friend.
It happens. Oh well.
