luke your just old...On the note of people taking credit for someone else's work, well they are a fuckstick. They obviously only want to "look" cool. Someone who just wants to look cool isnt going to stay in the mini scene for long in first place because its not about being cool this scene digs deep and we can weed out the bad apples.Basicaly dont worry about em they come and go all the time, Luke i cannot believe u compared us to import tuners :POKE:.

this is why its stupid to make a "scene" or a "lifestyle" because no matter what there will be the few people that ruin it and than it starts going to shit......thats why i never claimed to be apart of the "Mini Truckin Lyf3styl3" because sooner than later it will all come crashing down and all that will be left is people pointing fingers at each other.......

I wouldnt go that far man. Im sure some old hotrodders were pricks back in the day but its not going downhill anytime soon. Theres always a few bad apples in the bunch. If you let it get to you thats when people start pointing fingers. Just shake it off and go build your ride and dont worry about theirs. MT Originally posted by MoneyMike2

you get used to it, ive had it happen on pretty much every truck Ive built except my blazer. Its really funny when you run into someone and they talk about a truck they built and you say "oh I know what your talking about....it came to me a few months later to be fixed"

And for the "scene & lifestyle" it will not come crashing MoneyMike2, its not a fad. However it is gonna look rediculous if people dont learn the words "proportion", "style" and "function". I for one am sick of seeing the race to lay body on the largest wheels.....

Yeah mike u put it like is some sort of fad?Its here and its been here for many years now its not leaving. Its not like someone MADE it a scene or lifestyle it just kinda happens when thousands of people who share the same intrest come together for shows and stay in contact with one another for years. Thats what makes it a lifestyle so im sorry for you and what your missing out on by not meeting other mini truckers and not joining us at shows.

I think that we need certain things to push us to the next level. I am not saying that big wheels look good on everything but it gets people to come up with new creative ideas. Anyway you break it down its about being lower, having bigger wheels, cooler paint, more body mods, and any of a thousand different things than the next guy. It brings in the competitive nature which drives the "sport" of building customs.

if im gettin some work done to my truck ill say "Im gettin (whatever)done to my truck" but for instance im gunna bd my truck, but "I" dont know how to do that, so ill say I had it done and i payed for it but ill give the person that bd's my truck the actual credit if someone asks
