Jason and the crew and suicide doors is the best thing since fake titties,,,so what if it takes a couple weeks to get a 4 link,,its a better product than anybody else in the market makes in my opinion,,i wont order from anybody else but them and are 100% satisfied with them,,,i have never been let down in the past years i have been dealing with him...and i have delt with about every company out there and have been screwed over at one time or another from the other places,,,you cant even put BYC in the same post as ssd,,, BYC is the worst example of a dihonest nogood p.o.s company you can imagine!!
but anyways dude just chill and have faith in SSD they wont let ya down,,,,

Damn, you guys are spoiled. This whole community is lucky to even have a fellow like Jason to even grace it's presence. From the very beginning he's been offering quality parts, mostly of his design, cheaper than anyone else, and judging by the amount of freebies I've heard of him give away, he loves everyone in this sport unconditionally. I've known Jason since before S.D. even existed, I remember talking to him on the telephone (When I was ordering BMX parts from Dan's Comp) and he was telling me about his idea for SD, and how he talked to Mike Finnegan about a tech article.. I've digressed from my point.. Even back then though, he was so customer relations oriented I refused to talk to anyone else when I orderd BMX parts, and Jason worked in the returns dept.. Anyways, so they're behind, 2 weeks? Big deal, I've waited longer than that for more important things. They will come thru for you, they always have and they always will.

i dunno but when i do get ahold of someone on the phone, its always this squeaky voiced kid who knows absolutely nothing about my questions. I called and asked one time (before it was one their site) "Do you sell raised gas tank crossmembers that will work with the kp links?" i get, "ehhhh uhhhh you mean like the thing the link bars bolt to?" i was just like wtf. Then he is like "man i dunno if we do or not" It wasnt because he was knew and didnt know the parts, i had talked to this same kid with the same results about 5-6 times before. Other than that suicide doors rocks and i have no other complaints. All i ask is that this kid gets educated with current products.

Took me a month and half to get my here comes truble video after the shippments were shipped. I just got it 6 days ago.

I recently made another big order through sd.com. I ordered over the phone. It took a while for everything to come in. I felt a little depressed b/c of past service I have had through them but sd is still the best out there. They just spoiled me b/c they weren't always this busy. I love their products and service and will continue to support them.

i love sd.com i got most of my shit from them and the rest from jeff at hardluck and i only had one order to get behind at sd.com but it only took 1 1/2 weeks to get to me. it usually takes 2 days but i wasn't in a hurry. they got me my 4 link quicker than i thought they would.

suicide doors kicks arse why hate if their only 2 weeks behind on shipping knowing jason he'll make it right with they guys that are waiting. 95% of my parts are from SSD and I have NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO complaints Met the guys at Blood drag from what I saw a Blood drag I can see why they're a little behind It was a mob scene at their booth all weekend. at least its not FBI I waited 3 months for my skin and then the bastards put it as COD yet I payed over the phone took another 3 months to get my money back. Suicide doors rocks and I will continue to order from them. OR DIE Mutha F^%CKERS!!!!

think about it. its almost show season lots of people are doing that last rush thing to get their ride on the road oh and dont forget lots of people getting tax returns. naturally they are going to be backed up.
