When you lose a person on a growing business it will slow you down a bit.

People are allowed to express their displeasure even if it may be early on some.

When you personally go after someone for expressing their view on a business

"And to post it in a forum for the whole world to see your crying and whining is pathetic. To those that werent telling their sob stories" thats just ignorant. It's smart comments like that which made byc look worse for no reason. Defending a business by pointing out delays and intelligent observations is one thing but making fun of its customers is not the smartest thing to do.

yeah but i think the whole point of the post like that is the fact that people needed to understand the whole world isnt gonna end because SD's orders are takeing longer than usual. seriously if an order shows up 12 seconds late some one will post a forum about it not trying to be a dick but sometimes your just gonna have to wait.
jason's not gonna fuck you over theres just a million people ordering from him right now just sit back grab a beer and deal with it

I have had a few orders that were backed up and we finally received them. I dont know what has happened but all the others have come in awesome time. Hope nothing is wrong.

Jason and his crew bust their ass to make ppl like us happy w/ the best service in the world, and one little slip up (if u can call it that) and now ppl are shitting all over thereselves.....gimme a break

Heres my 2 pennies, first I ordered about 1000 bucks from them. I am a first timer in dealing with them, but plan to use them as a supplier for my buisness that I will be opening very soon.

So it took about a week to get my order, but that is because I ordered the friday before presidents day, so that is understandable. what is not understandable is why I was ssent half my order, with no explanation as to where the rest of it was.

That said, all it took was one email to KRIS, and I had all my info, they are just backed up right now, no biggie.

All that I would ask is to be kept informed if they are behind or whatever, other than that I am %150 percent satisfied and will definately be using them again.

And on a side note, they even refunded my shipping which they obviously overestimated, now what other company would do that.

I am behind these guys all the way.

i ordered about $1750 worth of stuff for my first tricked ride and I am absolutely shocked at the quality. it's all perfect. not cheap made crap they sell at other places. We finally have a respectable place to purchase QUALITY products. I know we sometimes get in a time crunch but I would have waited 2-3 months for this quality of craftsmanship even though it only took a week. Evidently they're changing their warehouse...i say cool....more selection 4 us !!! I know they want to get stuff out asap because if they don't .......they don't get paid....and we ALL love money......some of us just don't have any left after their first air-ride project.....

I'll wait as long as it takes and still give my business to SD. Think about all the people spending those tax checks, I am sure business is up.
